Two days ago, WorldBlu published its annual list of the 2009 Most Democratic Workplaces.And guess what??????? Nearsoft is listed there! I am not surprised. Since I arrived to this company I realized that it was different. Check out the WorldBlu List!
Since at Nearsoft, "Responsability" is based on "Freedom" and "Autonomy", it is very easy to be passionate about what you do. You do your work because you want to do it and not because you have to do it. I just look at the clock once in a while and, sometimes, I loose track of time while working. And if I feel that is necessary to work in a task in advance, I feel like doing it even if it's a Sunday. This type of democratic environment makes me feel that my work is very integrated to the rest of my life.
But I don't want to be in the spotlight of this article. Let's take a look of the Story Behind Nearsoft's Democracy at Work.

muy interesante, no tenia idea de que tantas companias en el mundo ya estan practicado lo de la democracia. vi unas en alemania =)
